What we store

Your email address and the role you pick on the waitlist form. Nothing else.

Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes technical data when you visit (IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. We don't use this data to identify or profile you.

Why

Only to tell you when PUBCUT launches. No newsletters, no selling. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) on its global network, so your visit may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the USA. Transfers rely on [to be confirmed: Vercel's EU-US / Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework certification and/or Standard Contractual Clauses in its Data Processing Addendum].

Waitlist entries are stored with [to be completed: waitlist provider and storage location].

No tracking

No analytics, no trackers, no cookies, no ads, no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site itself, not from third parties.

How long

Until launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. Email the contact address (to be added) and we'll delete your entry within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local EU data protection authority.
